2 Peter 1:2. Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, In matter of Covenant practice, much grace is really needed What is grace? Most people fail because the absence of requisite grace to carry on. Hence every covenant demands diligent commitment towards your obligations for delivery. (Isaiah 1:19, Job 36:11) Grace helps us to sustain responsibility and our duties in the covenant. In fact, grace makes covenant keeping possible. Even when we fail in our obligation, grace allows us to repent and continue. (Luk 15:17-18) Without Grace covenant failure would be permanent rejection. – 1John 1:9. How do we receive grace? We ask God for grace, to help us in times of need (Heb 4:16) Why is grace needed in covenant practice? Man in his best cannot keep the demands of covenant, but the presence of grace makes it easy. Psalms 39:5….. verily every man at his best state is altogether vanity.) Note: There’re different graces to whatever we wanted, but the grace for service and good Christian living is our focus in this year. Christian service is not sustained by zeal and talent but by special grace from God. 1Cor 15: 10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me. Grace is bestowed on a covenant practitioner, to keep him from weariness or burnout as well make covenant keeping light. Phil 2: 13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Heb 13: 21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. How do I multiply grace? 2 Peter 1:2. Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, Grace is grown through knowledge of God and Christ. Oh Lord Upgrade My Anointing
Introduction: This is the cry of someone who is tired with his present state. Text: Psalm 92:10 But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of a unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil. A unicorn is a flying horse (horse is known for strength and speed, when the horse grows wings it will become powerful) ✅ Anointing is not static therefore the anointing that brought you to that level you are cannot Carry you to the next level of your dream. Anointing gives you spiritual capacity, authority and impact In scripture and life, we have seen men rose from local to national to global impact There’s a dimension of grace you are now but until the anointing upon you is upgraded there’re certain breakthroughs and responsibilities you can’t handle. An upgrade anointing refers to a higher dimension of grace and empowerment upon a person’s life. It is moving from one level of spiritual capacity, authority and impact to another. King David had upgraded anointing three times 👉 As a shepherd (1Sam 16:13) and he killed Goliath 👉 As king over Judah (2Sam 2:4) And he prevailed over the house of King Saul (2Sam 3:1) 👉 As king over all Israel (2Sam 5:3) and he brought down the Philistines Each anointing mark a higher level of responsibility and authority and impact. Levels of anointing 👉 Anointing for survival – grace to subdue resistance and stagnation 👉 Anointing for leadership – grace for higher influence in business or position. 👉 Anointing for service – grace to function effectively in God’s kingdom 👉 Anointing for territorial dominion – This anointing takes you away from nothing to something. Signs you’re entering an upgrade anointing How to provoke upgrade anointing
Introduction To Covenant Practice
Gen17: 1 And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. 2 And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly. 3 And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying, 4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. (Gen 15:18). One thing is to know about covenant another thing is walking in or practicing the covenant. Living daily in conscious alignment with your covenant relationship with God is called covenant practice. Hence the covenant is what defines your duties or responsibilities and your rights or benefits from God, you have to consciously and consistently practice it. Things that help your covenant practice Other things that may boost your covenant practice: Giving, sacrifice, tithing, offering, helping the needy and service in Church. Walk in consciousness of your covenant: Be aware that you’re committed to God, in the matter of Covenant (1Sam 2:30). Heaven backs only those who are covenant keepers – Heb 13:5. Mistakes believers make while in covenant
The Place of Wisdom in Covenant Practice
Wisdom is the right application of knowledge and is helpful in our covenant practice. Eccl 10:10. Wisdom is profitable to direct. Prov 4: 7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. Right understanding and right application of God’s principles leads to quality covenant delivery. Without wisdom covenant obligations can be misunderstood, misapplied or abused. Wisdom helps us to understand covenant terms Knowing that every covenant has conditions, promises and responsibilities. Therefore, wisdom helps a believer to: Know what God requires us to do and what he promised (Job 36:11) obey and serve Distinguish between God’s command (Mal 2:10), principles (Isaiah 1:19) and Privileges (Rom 5:8) Wisdom guides the covenant practitioner right Covenant terms must be applied correctly and timely. Wisdom helps you: Act appropriately in different situations. Avoid careless (Jam 3:13). Wisdom preserves the covenant from violation Most covenant breaches are not done out of rebellion but ignorance of the consequences. Wisdom guides from actions that break covenant alignment (Prov 22:3) Wisdom helps to maintain faithfulness To stay consistent during delay, pressure or testing time, wisdom is at work. Heb 10:36. Wisdom balances faith, patience, obedience and humility Prov 13:20 Do you know that in covenant practice? Grace empowers obedience Mercy restores after failure – Luk 15:20 Wisdom ensures you do not repeat mistakes. How do you get wisdom? How do we increase in wisdom? Jesus increased in wisdom Luk 2:52
Covenant Of Divine Health
God has committed himself to covenant of divine health with any of his children who also committed themselves to covenant of kingdom service. (Exd 23:25). In this covenant God commit himself to sustaining the heath of his covenant children. It is God promising a committed covenant child the benefit of sound and good health. (Exd 15:26) This covenant promise is only for those who are in covenant practice of kingdom service. Key scriptures that establish good health covenant Condition for us to receive and retain divine health Practical ways of enforcing covenant of divine health How to declare good health over yourself My father my maker, I declare sound health to my eyes, my heart receive good health, I command healing upon my blood and my blood pressure, I declare my kidneys healed, I command my system to reject any infection, my bones receive strength, my stomach stay sound, etc. just keep declaring and believing.
The Place of Kingdom Service in Covenant Practice
Service is not optional but a core requirement and a living proof of covenant relationship with God. Most times we suffer storms, bring problems to other members of our family and even have personal problems because we are running away from service like Jonah. (Jonah 1:3). Every covenant demands Commitment, obedience and loyalty, and kingdom service is a practical expression of them. Covenant without service, may not nullify the covenant but would surely prevent you from enjoying the benefits of the covenant. (Abraham was in covenant but couldn’t see the benefit until God called him to order – Gen 17:1,4) Kingdom service is your evidence of Covenant Commitment Your service is a show of allegiance to the demand of your covenant demands – (Exd 23:25-26). Covenant blessings are triggered by your service In scripture, blessings follow service, in fact many covenant benefits are activated through service. (Job 36:11, Duet 28:1-2) Service is the pathway to divine reward God rewards labour and not intentions (Heb 6: 10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.). Service is a proof of love for God Hence covenant practice should be more of relationship than transactional, service demonstrates that love for God. (John 14: 15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.) Kingdom Service qualifies you for greater trust In covenant dealings with, God commits more to those who serve well. Service brings promotion (Mtt 25: 21. His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things,) Absence of kingdom service weakens covenant benefits Any covenant without service automatically becomes inactive, dormant and unfruitful. (Luke 10:7). Covenant establishes relationship but service activates the benefits. Service keeps you spiritually active Many spiritual falls begin when service is abandoned or neglected. (In doing your service, you pray more, study more, fellowship more, whenever you drop in service your spiritual life would begin to go down). Service positions you for eternal rewards Though your salvation may remain but you may not have eternal rewards (2 Timothy 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.) Neglecting service has terrible eternal consequences (1Cor 3: 15 If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.) Robbers of service reward Don’t serve with your resources: Your labour is enough, don’t include your money.
The Place of Mercy in Covenant Practice
Heb 4: 16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. The final product of every covenant with God is the delivery of help we seek from him. Mercy is that door that leads to that help of God. Without mercy it would be difficult for humans to sustain covenant responsibilities. Sacrifice and offerings alone cannot guarantee our covenant dreams, but the mercy of God can complete the assignment. (Hosea 6:6 For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.) God’s covenant with man is rooted on mercy and not human perfection. Psalms 89: 28 My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, and my covenant shall stand fast with him. Without mercy covenant will collapse under human weakness and failure. (Psalms 39:5….. verily every man at his best state is altogether vanity.) Roms 9:15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. 16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy. In Gen 6:8. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. Though that whole generation was guilty of corruption and wickedness which condemned them, but one and his household out of mercy of God escape. 2Peter 2:5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; 6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly; 7 And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked: Noah and Lot were treated differently not because they were righteous, though they were perfect but because mercy was added to their righteousness (Isaiah 64: 6 But we are all as an unclean thing and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags;) Mercy governs human response in covenant God expect those covenant practitioner to show mercy because that’s the way it works. Mtt 5:7 Luk 6:36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. 37 Forgive those who offend you as your show of mercy. Conclusion: Try to live free minded towards everyone regardless of what they did or what they are doing.

Gal3: 13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law Understand Redemption 👉 The legal claim of curse is cancelled by Christ, because when he went to the cross, we went to the cross with him, so when he died, we died and when he resurrected, we also resurrected – (Rom 6: 4 Therefore, we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.) 👉 Many are redeemed but not positioned for the enforcement their freedom. 👉Our freedom must be enforced through: Covenant understanding (Prov 4:7) Service (Job 36:11) Sacrifice (psalm 50:5) Alignment (John 15:7) Why Kingdom Service Breaks Curse 👉When you engage in kingdom service, you switch bloodline spiritually. You move from biological lineage to Covenant lineage – (Colossians 1:13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:) ☑Christ said (Mtt12:50) those who do my fathers will are my family members. 3 Things that Service do ✅ Service Provokes Divine Backing – (Exd 23:25, You shall serve the Lord, … and I will take sickness away, Attracts covenant protection – (Zech 2:8…. for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.) ✅Service invokes Generational mercy – (Exd 20:6, mercy flows to generations of those who love and serve God.
