Text: Prov 10: 22 The blessing of the LORD brings wealth, without painful toil for it.
Success is God’s plan for his children but many Christians rise quickly and fall suddenly because their success lack’s Covenant foundations – Psalm 11:3, if there’s no solid foundation there’s nothing you can do.
Take note:
In God’s kingdom, sustainable success stands on three pillars of (Seed faith, Kingdom service and Tithes)
When these three are firmly in place, success would become a lifestyle and not seasonal.
PILLAR ONE: Seed Faith – gives you the foundation for increase
Gen 8:22. As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, shall not cease.
Seed Faith is the understanding that your future is tied to what you sow today.
Every future you desire begins with a seed, and until you sow the seed, your faith won’t produce anything.
When you believe, you have to demonstrate it by moving a step further to sow into your belief for there to be a good result.
Gen 26:12 Isaac planted crops in that land and the same year reaped a hundredfold, because the LORD
blessed him. 13 The man became rich, and his wealth continued to grow until he became very wealthy.
14 He had so many flocks and herds and servants that the Philistines envied him.
2Cor 9: 6 Remember this—a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop. 7 You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.
PILLAR TWO: Kingdom service – The platform for promotion
Matt 20: 26…….. whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, In the kingdom, God does not promote the ambitious, He promotes the faithful.
Why service sustains success?
- Service proves your loyalty – God uses service to test our obedience. 1Cor 4:2
- Service attracts divine backing: – God always defend and supports his servants – Roms 14:4
- Service positions you for lifting – Gen 30:27-28
1Peter 5: 6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.
Most people want blessings without responsibility. But God ties promotion to usefulness.
PILLAR THREE: Tithes – Provokes the Covenant of preservation
Tithing is not just giving but acknowledging God as the owner of your increase. – Duet 8:12-14
When seed faith brings increase, tithes protect that increase – (Mal 3:11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts.
Many people make money but cannot preserve it because preservation principles are missing. (Which is obedience to tithing)
Remember that it’s only Tithes that preserves what God gives to you.
Conclusion:
Seed without tithes brings licking increase
Service without seed limits growth
Tithes without service limits influence
